Already Blew It

Dang it.  My pants are tight and I feel like a whale.  However, I have exercised 5 days out of 7, so at least that's something.  Today, even though I am iced in, I will NOT succumb to eating as I did yesterday.  If I get hungry, I will knit.  If I'm really hungry, I will start something NEW.  Doesn't matter how many projects I have on the needles.  If it keeps me from overeating, I will start something.
